Madabina’s role
Madabina provides tools to create an online store, present products, receive cash-on-delivery order requests and organize merchant activity. Madabina is not the seller of the products offered through each store.

Madabina terms of use
These terms govern the use of Madabina by merchants and visitors of COD stores. They clarify the responsibilities of the platform, sellers and customers.
Merchant responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for products, prices, descriptions, stock, delivery terms, promotions, orders and legal obligations. Published information must be accurate, clear and consistent with the offer actually sold.
Orders and customers
Customers must provide accurate information and may be contacted by the merchant to confirm a COD order. The order, delivery, payment on receipt, returns and after-sales service are matters between the merchant and the customer.
Account and security
Merchant credentials are personal. Merchants must protect their password, promptly report unauthorized access and must not allow third parties to use the account outside authorized access.
Prohibited uses
Madabina may not be used to publish fraudulent, misleading, illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, discriminatory or rights-infringing content. Madabina may limit or remove content that violates these rules.
Availability and intellectual property
Madabina works to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Madabina’s trademarks, software and service elements remain protected; merchants retain their content, subject to the licence needed to display it on the service.
